״אנימה וריטה״ היא תערוכה של שתי במאיות אנימציה שעוסקות בפיתוח שפה חדשה, שלא כוללת שימוש במילים מן המוכן או נרטיבים מוכרים. התערוכה היא מיצב בשפת ההנפשה, שעניינו החיבור בין הזיכרון לדמיון. במסגרת כך, התערוכה מבנה מרחב חווייתי-תיעודי, אשר מוכתב על ידי שני סרטים, ומאפשר לחזות בתהליכי יצירתם ובהולדתן של שתי השפות בהן המחברות עושות שימוש. שפת האנימציה מתאפיינת בלקוניות בהעברת המסר - דימוי מעוצב + זמן מסוגנן = ביטוי מטפורי אקספרסיבי.

Anima Vérité  is an exhibition by two artists whose work develops new artistic language without utilizing existing words or familiar narratives. The animated installation explores the intersection of memory and imagination through the creation of an experiential and documentary space centered around two animated works and the creative process of developing each unique artistic language. Animation is characterized by its laconic language- stylized image+ calculated time= expressive metaphorical statement.

אולגה גולצר

אולגה גולצר שייכת לדור אחרון של  ילדי ברה"מ, אך במקום לחוות את פירוקה של ברה״מ, עברה חוויית הגירה בשנת 1990 בגיל 16. תפיסת עולמו של המהגר, ברמה כזו או אחרת, מבוססת על שילוב בין זיכרונות ילדות לבין יחסי הגומלין עם המציאות החדשה. אולגה גולצר מציגה סרט מסע ״Auguries Of Innocence״ אשר עושה שימוש בשיר של ויליאם בלייק (הנושא את אותו השם), מ1803 שנכתב לאחר ביקורו בירושלים. לצד הסרט, מוצגים סדרת אסמבלז'ים מחפצים מצויים. כל החפצים מהם מורכבת סדרת האסמבלז'ים, הם גם ה'שחקנים' בסרט. החפצים שהיא אוספת אינם בשימוש –  הם זרוקים ומיותמים, כאלה שאיבדו את תפקידם ואת סביבתם הטבעית באנלוגיה לנקודת מבטו של המהגר כאחר.

Olga Goltser

Olga Goltser is amongst the last generation to grow up in the USSR, but rather than experiencing the collapse of the Soviet Union, she immigrated to Israel in 1990 at the age of 16. The immigrant's experience combines one’s memories of childhood and their relation to one’s new reality. A personal object or family heirloom may become a talisman that holds within it memory and connection to the homeland. Olga Goltser exhibits a journey film Innocence of Auguries that incorporates William Blake's poem of the same name, written in 1803 after his travels to Jerusalem. Accompanying the film are a series of found object assemblages. The objects that comprise the assemblages are the “actors" in the film. The objects she collects are no longer in use, they have been orphaned and discarded, stripped of their use and extracted from their natural environment, analogous to the experience of the immigrant as the "other".

נטליה ריס

נטליה ריס, עולה מרוסיה, הגיעה לארץ ב- 2015 אך במעט אחרי פרוץ המלחמה באוקראינה. היא מתגוררת בחיפה ומתחילה לחקור את מציאותה החדשה. היא רושמת את נופי חיפה באובססיביות כדי לפשט אותם ולתרגמם לקומפוזיציות המורכבות מצורות פשוטות. "צורות פשוטות" הוא שמו של הסרט החדש שמוצג בתערוכה. שיטת הבימוי של ריס מבוססת על בניית ציר זמן על יסוד אימפרוביזציה של צורות המקושרות לצלילים, במתכונת של ״כאן ועכשיו״ ועל חזרה על אלו, ועל שילוב בין הצורה והצליל. ריס פיתחה שפה סינסתתית (מלשון – סינסתזיה), המחברת בין צורות פשוטות לצלילים בסיסיים. לצד של הסרט מוצגים עשרות רישומי דיו בשחור לבן של "קליגרפיה" החוזרת על אותם הדימויים: עץ אלון, עץ אורן, מגדל, טחנת רוח, עורב וכיוצא באלה דימויים שאובים מהנוף החיפאי.

Natalia Ryss

Natalia Ryss, immigrated from Russia in 2015 shortly after the first signs of war in the Ukraine. She resides in Haifa and explores her new world. She obsessively draws her new surroundings, abstracting them and translating them into complex compositions made of simple forms. Simple Forms is the name of Ryss's new film screening at the exhibit. Ryss's directorial approach is based on the construction of a timeline through improvisation using images connected to notes and their repetition. Ryss has developed a synesthetic language that joins simple forms and basic notes. Alongside the film a series of  black and white ink drawings will be exhibited, these are a form of "calligraphy" that repeats the same images: an oak tree, a pine tree, a tower, a windmill, a crow, and other images taken from landscapes of Haifa.
